CorinTech Ltd is a Hi-Density Electronic Solutions provider, operating in a competitive
marketplace. Our core strengths - what differentiates us from other companies in our industry - are that
we offer all the best attributes of a larger company such as: good capitalisation (plant & equipment), sound
systems and infrastructure with a solid financial footing. At the same time, we have many of the advantages
of a small company - willingness, agility, responsiveness, flexibility and personal contact.
The senior management team recognises the need for (and is fully committed to), an ongoing process of continuous
improvement in all spheres of operation, to ensure the successful development of the company. This effectiveness
is maintained and monitored in accordance with the recognised international standard - ISO 9001:2000.
Principles
1. Market Orientation: All products and services must be based upon market need and the organisation focused
upon our customers’ requirements and expectations. Our products are manufactured in accordance with a range
of industry standards specified by our customers. Procedures to capture, respond to and assimilate customer
feedback, are an integral part of our process of continual improvement.
2. Quality Improvement: To be achieved by a structured
process approach to Quality Management. Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) are used as a reference for tracking improvements
in critical strategic
areas - detailed within
CorinTech’s Quality Objectives (CTQO-01), such as: improving production
Yields - new targets are set during Management Review.
3. Customer Focus: Enterprise Responsiveness, fulfilment of Customer Delivery expectations and improving
Product Performance & Services.
4. Management Responsibility: The Management Team will show the leadership necessary to ensure a culture of continual
improvement is at the heart of the business. The Management Team defines the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sets
Quality Objectives in the form of measurable targets based upon these facts as the business progresses. It is the whole
management teams responsibility to ensure that the goal of continual improvement is achieved. They review systems,
processes and progress on a regular basis. Such reviews to be carried out as deemed necessary, but as a minimum - twice yearly.
5. Involvement of Staff: Staff are aware of and fully understand both the company’s Quality Objectives and the means that are
used to verify progress. Regular communication of both a formal (monthly meeting/newsletter/notices) and an informal nature
(ad-hoc briefings, etc.) will be used to disseminate information.
6. Staff Competency: Staff development is maintained by investing in people. Staff are trained and confirmed to be competent,
before they are allowed to undertake any company process unsupervised. There is a system of continual monitoring to ensure
that their knowledge and skills are current and in line with the company Quality Policy, current Quality Objectives & Procedures.
7. Supplier Development: The Company believes that good, mutually beneficial, supplier relationships are vital in keeping a
tight control of costs and in ensuring reliable, on time, high quality supplies. These relationships will be based upon clearly
defined customer/supplier terms, backed by key supplier audits as deemed necessary by the Materials Team based upon
analysis of Supplier Key Performance Indicators. Suppliers are kept informed of our business needs, in the short, medium
and longer term.
8. Environment: The Company operates an equal opportunity, non-discriminatory environment in which
people feel involved and valued. The company will act in a way that is environmentally responsible and sensitive, adhering to the
laws and regulations within all areas of company operation, health & safety at work, environmental impact and employee welfare.
